For any coach interested in coaching a competitive team for the Fall 2010/Spring 2011 season, please fill out the form and return to PO Box 1311, Nederland 77627 as soon as possible.

All recreational U-7 teams and up must provide one referee representative for the Fall Season. All competitive teams (Division II and S2) must provide three referee representatives, one of which must be an adult (18 and over) for the Fall season. Teams failing to provide their referee representatives will not be allowed to advance to playoffs if otherwise eligible. Forms must be turned in to Ms. Broussard.
